I decided on an Asian themed vegetable and rice noodle bowl for my next challenge.
I used soy, honey, fish sauce, ginger, chili and garlic as my flavor base then I added a bunch of fresh chopped vegetables (all from my delivery) and a little cooked ground pork I had on hand. I served it all with chopped spring onions, coriander, crispy iceberg lettuce and a sprinkling of chopped peanuts over warm vermicelli noodles. Great flavor, super fresh, and satisfying!
